徐强

简历:2002年7月本科毕业于华中农业大学园艺专业;2002-2007年,华中农业大学攻读硕士、博士学位;2007年6月毕业,获博士学位并留校任教。2009、2012年,分别晋升为副教授、教授。2009-2010年,美国Cornell大学合作研究。作为第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Genetics、Plant Journal、Genetics、BMC Genomics、Theor Appl. Genet等刊物发表SCI论文15篇;在国内外学术大会上作口头报告10余次,包括在两次国际会议作特邀报告。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项以及国家973计划项目子课题、教育部优秀博士论文专项基金等国家和省部级项目10项。任国际SCI刊物Plant Molecular Biology Reporter(SCI)编委。2009年获贵州省科技进步二等奖(序2),2010年获“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”称号,2012年获国家首届优秀青年基金,2014年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,2016年入选国家万人计划科技创新领军人才。

主要研究工作 :

  • 1. 柑橘果实生物学及果实品质调控机理。针对柑橘果实红、黄肉性状(生产实践及消费市场中极具吸引力的性状),主要在基因组变异、转录和miRNA调控等方面系统研究控制色泽变异性状的基因及其机制,并由此探索柑橘果实糖酸积累机制,最终朝着“好看、好吃、健康”的消费新需求改良应用。
  • 2.柑橘优异基因资源挖掘与利用。利用柑橘丰富的芽变资源包括嵌合体和体细胞突变体进行芽变规律观察与机制探索。利用柑橘丰富的野生和实生资源开展全基因组SNP分子标记挖掘及群体遗传学研究,挖掘有利基因资源,开发为分子标记,为分子辅助育种利用。
  • 3.基因组学及功能基因组研究。开展甜橙基因组测序与组装、柑橘特色资源重测序,理解柑橘重要栽培品种驯化过程与进化关系。开展柑橘基因组变异研究,阐释其在柑橘体细胞变异中的贡献和作用。
